is one year experience good enough for filing L1b

hi friends

i joined a company on January 4th 2012. my company is planning to file l1b blanket visa for me next month.

overall i have more than 10 years of experience, i have worked with current company previously for 3 years at onsite and worked with current client for 3 years in my last employment. i had left company and then rejoined them


questions

1. is one year experience with current company good enough for filing l1b blanket visa?

2. do i have to necessarily file for l1a as i have more than 10 years of experience

L1B/L1A is not only about the number of years of experience. Each of them has their own set of requirements.

If you see the http://www.immihelp.com/l1-l2-visa-experiences/ section there are numerous people who have got L1B with 10 Years/less/more experience.
