I-94 extension

Hi ,

I have L1 visa which is expiring on May 2013 but i have got i-94 till Mar -2015 but my wife got I-94 till my Visa date only i.e. May 2013. So after May 2013 do i need file my extension as well in order to get my wife I-94 extended?

this is for how many years?
I-94 i heard only can get up to 3 month how you got for 2 years?
Now are U in Usa ?

Only your wife needs to file the extension (I-539).
