As we all know this year 2012 has been really terrible from L1B new visa/extension perspective. I am one of the victim of this. Although I was in US in L1B for 3 years and extension petition got denied in November 2012 and I had to come back India. Does any of the experts give their opinion about the future of L1B visa? Do you think USCIS is going to be strict in 2013 and 2014 also or they are going to relax the policy again like it was before few years back? Most likely I will go for H1B visa in 2013 but do you think the L1B policy will be relaxed in 2013-14 little bit and people will start getting L1B approved easily again?
