my wife has H1 petition approved and it is valid until may 2014, but her I94 is up to June 2013.
Can she stay beyond June 2013 or do she need to go back to india and get the H1 visa stamped?

How did she get an I-94 not matching her H1? She can file for an extension before her I-94 expiry.

She came to US on L2 and then she converted into H1
I94 is on L1 entry an its valid until june 2013 but her H1 petition is valid until May 2014
