Can I apply EAD having I-94 extension?

Hi,

I am on L2-EAD which is expiring on Mar 2013 same as my visa but my I-94 is valid till Aug 2015.

So my questions is
1) Can i get my EAD extended if have a valid I-94 but expired visa?
2) What is the process of EAD extension, so that i can continue my job?

Till when is primary visa holder- L1's I-94 valid? You can get EAD validity till your spouse's I-94 or till your I-94 whichever is earlier. I believe it is the I765 that needs to be filed for this purpose.
