Educational Qualification for L1A

Hi All,

My qualification is Diploma engineering in Computer Technology. I have 10 years of experience which includes 4 years managerial role. Can i apply for L1A.
What is the mandatory qualification for it

There is no educational qualification.
The requirement is that your role should be of a senior manager or executive type. The role requirement is highly scrutinized these days and simply being a manager is not enough. You should be a policy maker at the company. Your company and their lawyers should decide if you qualify for L1A.

Sir, Thanks for your valuable reply. Like Policy making.. what would be other responsibilities / criteria for L1A? Please advise
