For the primary L1 B petition, after RFE was answered in premium processing status has been updated as below and the new status is Initial Review.
On January 9, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you
However the dependent I539, below status is updated:
we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I539 APPLICATION TO EXTEND OR CHANGE NONIMMIGRANT STATUS. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you.
