Premium Processing

Dear Advisor,

L1 extension under process; it was done thru normal processing. Received RFE, responded with details. On USCIS website status changed saying evidences provided under review and response will be provided in 60 days. Now since it was taking time, company upgraded to Premium, but it was strange - now status is reflected as "initial review". Now my question is - will USCIS start from beginning or they will continue from the state normal processing was left i.e. review (rfe) evidences provided? Please advice.

They will consider your RFE response and on top of that from the time USCIS receives your premium request, they will respond within 15 Days, its not that the entire process starts over again.

Yesterday the status was initial review saying 15 days counter but today it has been changed to Acceptance and no info regarding premium processing. Is this Normal process considering RFE evidence review perspective. Please advice.

I would rather wait for the premium processing response in 15 days, no point in getting anxious over various stages/comments in the tracking website.

Premium Processing

Thanks again. It is really strange happening. Please advice.

This morning status on website was in decision state and mentioned as "Approved" but now again am seeing it changed to Initial review saying premium processing has stopped and details sent thru mail explaining the reason and has all information. But receiving the letter would take some more time hence need your help to know how it works?

My wife's status is in post decision phase with Approved comment. She is dependent and extension request was made for both at the same time.


It might be known situation for you but kind of putting lot of pressure on me.
Please advice.
