L1 A Blanket Stamping in Canada

Hi,
I have visa interview scheduled in Ottawa Canada for L1A Blanket

I have 8.5 yrs of experience and I work as Project Manager . I have subordinates 8 in India, 1 in NY and 2 in ZRH

Can you please tell me the chances of my visa getting approved or is it risky if I go for L1A ? or Shall I ask my company to file L1B?

Can someone share your expereinces for stamping in Ottawa?
