Hi all,

I am currently being diagnosed with cancer. I am here on l1b visa. My visa is about to expire. Do I have to go back before I get the transplant done? Transplant is scheduled next month.

You can stay and work until your I-94 date. If that is expiring you can apply for change of status to B2 for medical treatment.
