Question about L1B to H1B

Hi,
I am on L1B with company A and got H1B along with I-94 this week with company B. I have 3 weeks time to join my new job from now. My question are,
1. Do I need to resign immediately to Company A or can I wait until I join with Company B.
2. Is there a time frame to leave L1B job after getting H1B approval?
3. My wife is working on L2 EAD, how soon she need to stop working on EAD?
4. How soon H4 (change of status from L2 to H4) to be applied for spouse and kid

1. You should work only with the Company B from H1 effective date/approval date whichever is later.
2. No
3. Same date as you should move to H1. Why wasnt her L2 to H4 applied along with your L1 to H1 COS request?
4. It should typically be applied along with your L1 to H1 COS request.
