Hi.
I recently got married. My now wife's L1 Individual was approved prior to the wedding, which means she processed all her documents and forms with a marital status of SINGLE. She has already reached the US.
My L1B is currently in processing and now my marital status is MARRIED. I would also need to declare details and whereabouts about my spouse who is already in the USA.
From your experience, do you think this may be scrutinized further and can be a reason to reject?
I've also visited the USA twice on B1 - Once in 2009 for 80 days, And next in 2012 for 84 days.
All in all, a complex cocktail for disaster ie - REJECTION.
Opinions please?
