L1 Extension COS Without RFE

Hello, just so as to guage the general trend, would like to know from forum members if there have been any recent cases of Successful L1B extension or L1A Extension or L1B to L1A COS Approvals without any RFE.

Please feel free to post experiences around this and timelines so that future applicants can take care as what needs to be done best to avoid delays around RFEs.
