L1B visa - I129S expiring, Visa expiring, I-94 valid

Hi

I am on L1 Blanket visa and below are my visa related expiry dates:

I129S - valid till 23-JUN-2013
Visa - valid till 23-JUN-2013
I-94 - valid till 01-SEP-2015

1) Since my I129S petition is going to expire in JUN-13, do I need to apply for extension of petition, though I have valid I-94?

2) can I stay and work in USA with expired petition, expired visa and with valid I-94?

3) If answer is yes for 2) does this cause any problem in future if I my company applies for L1 Visa again for me?

Need your inputs regarding these.

As long as your I94 is valid, you are good. You can apply for the extension of stay within 6 months to the I94 expiry.
