  • L1 to L2 and then EAD

    HI All,

I entered US on L1B visa. Once the Visa expired I applied for L2 Visa( I got married recently and my wife is having valid L1B visa till Dec this year.)
My L2 was filed(By my wife's company) on 18th October 2012 and I have not received any reply from USCIS. Is there a way to expedite the processing(It has already been 90+ days)

Is it possible to apply for EAD concurrently? I have heard that EAD processing can take upto 3 months of time and would really like to shorten some time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

As far I know, there is no way to expedite an L2 application (unlike premium processing for L1/H1). Also, you can't apply for EAD without L2 getting approved.
