L1A - Client Subordinates
Hi, My company is applying for my L1B to L1A conversion. I have 2 subordinates in India reporting to me from my own company, and two subordinates have been assigned to me by my client in US. The two subordinates who report directly to me are client employees not my parent company employee.While filling for L1B to L1A conversion can i show these 2 client employees who report to me as my subordinates. Can my manage client employees on L1A visa?
