    L1B expiring August 2013 If I have valid H1B approval can I go for stamping

    Dear Expertise,

    Can you please answer the following question.

    L1B expiring August 28 2013 but have valid H1B approval and I-140 approved, Can I come back after Oct 2013 with valid stamping or I have to wait for reset cycle of 1 year before coming to US.
