Hi,
I am currently on L1-B visa with company A. This Visa and my I-94 will expire on 23rd Sep 2013.
Company A is willing to extend my L1-B and going to submit my documentation in April end or something (No premium processing).
Now I dont want to stay in Company A and want to get out of it ASAP.
Now Company B wants to process my H1 visa. They will file it in this month and I guess if it will get approved it will be valid from Oct 1 2013.
I want to know that if my L1-B extension gets approved will it affect my H1 processing?
If I get H1 on Oct 1 do I have to resign immediately?
What are my options if I want to leave Company A immediately right now (ASAP)? Is there any kind of premium processing which can be done so that I can leave Company A immediately?
I have to decide this right now before its too late.
