L1 - Employment start date

Hi All,

My employment start date in US is March 4th. I will be transferred to US payroll only effective on that date. My last working day in India office is 25th. I have booked my tickets on 27th to go ahead and find accommodation etc. Will me reaching in US ahead of employment start date be an issue?
