L1 - Extension - Decision Made - But Unknown

Hi All

My Company has applied for my L1 extension and i got a RFE initially which my company has replied back to it. Now that i check my status on USCIS , it shows Decision has been made :

"the review of your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was completed. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when the decision is mailed. If you have not received the decision within 14 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision."


It does not state approved \denied.

Has anybody been in the same state and waiting to know what is the decision .. Any comments would be really helpful ... and also please let me know what are my options if the petition is denied.

You just have to wait and see the notice yourself or through your attorney. There is no other option.

we have asked our attorney if he has recieved anything from USCIS on the decision.

BUT my question is it normal that for all L1- I129 filing we get this kind of a decision as my friend who had H1-I129 application ,decision shows as approved on USCIS website ..

I also got same update on 20th feb. Mine in L1B extension Premium processing. also, it was RFE response.
