Pleaseee help - I-94 Expiry - Visa Expiry - Please Please helpp

My L1B Visa Expiry date and petition expiry date is Feb, 2014 and I-94 expiry date is March, 2015.
I am travelling to India for a month in June, 2013. I have 2 questions:

1. I fear when I will come back what will be my new I-94 date.
2. In case if my new I-94 date will be Feb,2014, in this case can I apply for I-94 extension.

My first entry in US was March 2012, and so I got 3 years I-94 from the time I entered first in US.

Please please please help me on this.

what are the probablity of getting I-94 extended? are they also rejecting nowadays like L1 visas? they get approvals easily?
