L1 - H1 COS - Urgent Help Needed

Hello,

I am working with a company on L1A right now and thinking of applying H1 thru a consultant. My Stay in US is as follows:

L1B
Oct - 2005 - Mar 2008
When back to India, then came back again after 2.5 Years on new visa.
New Fresh L1A
Dec 2010 - Till Date

Now if i will apply for H1, how much stay i will get on H1 and will my prior period L1B will be counted for calculating H1 remaining period..?
