Change/Adjust status of L1 to Green Card with Name Change.

Hi, I am a US Citizen and got married last year and my wife is currently on a L1 visa and a Dutch passport. I wanted to adjust her status to Permanent Resident but also wanted to include her name change in the process. Before I took any step which might mess up her L1 visa or her status in the US, I wanted to ask and hopefully get help on what is the best approach to take. Since we also have to change the name on her SSN, I thought that might affect her L1. Also I am not sure about getting her Dutch passport changed since her L1 is associated with that.

Would it be best to just get a Court Order Name Change document and use that for her SSN, I-485, I-130, and ignore the Dutch passport change? Thank you for your help.
