Got RFE for L1 B Extn

Hi,

I got RFE for my L1 B Extn case. After providing evidence to RFE if my visa declined then can i apply for H1B this April ?
is there any restriction that if Visa declined after RFE ? please let me know if any restrictions for this.

I heard that most of them are not giving answers in this case . Please suggest to give answer to RFE or not ?

L1 extension denial will not affect H1 as long as the rejection was not for fraud or things like that.
