L1 expires after quitting job with previous orgnization and applying for B1

Hi All,

I need help.... I was having valid L1 from a company till march 2015 , but i left job with the company and I had 2 short term visit to US on L1 ... in july 2012 for 21 days

and in dec 2012 for 28 days . now I have joined new organization in Jan 2013 , my company has asked me to apply for B1 visa as previous visa L1 is out of scope .

now wat will be my chances for getting B1 visa for 15 days ? ...whether going to US last year on L1 2 times increases my chances of getting visa or decreases ?

No one can predict chances. If your B1 has merit you would get it. Previous visas dont have any bearing as long as you havent misused them.
