Greetings to all forum members. am Shiva from Chennai. my company started L1B visa processing.Tentative date for interview is yet to be sheduled.
I am having 30 months Exp in functional testing (manual).i use to do health care claim processing validation.So i can show this claim processing techniques as "Specialized skill set"? If not what can a manual tester should mention under specialized skills.

What is the probability for me to get L1B visa?
Lesser Exp will cause any issues ?

Unless you can prove that the testing that you do is very unique and testers for the same not readily available it will be difficult to prove specialized skill set, also your experience is on the lower side. I personally would recommend H1 in your case as it has higher chances.
