Can I apply L1A, with valid L1B Visa & I94

Hi,
I have L1B Visa valid till June 30 2013 and I94 valid till Feb 2016.

1. Can my company apply for new L1A for me, before June 30' 2013 visa expires ? If yes, can they apply in March 2013 ?
2. What are chances of getting new L1A visa approved ?

1. Yes they can.
2. No one can predict the chances. It depends upon the combination of your eligibility for L1A, your lawyer's ability to present the L1B to L1A COS case strongly and finally, USCIS agreeing to it.
