L1 Visa Queries

Hi Everyone,

I would like to en-quire about few Queries on L1- Blanket petition which i will be filing shortly.

I have filed my Petition, And have started my DS160 - Near Completion.

My Queries:

1. I am Married, and My Passport shows marital status as "Un Married", since its just half year(July 2012) , Will it be a problem if i show my status as "Married" in DS 160 and declare my Spouse?.

No it will not be a problem. Many people who made their passport before marriage generally get spouse name added when the next time they go for passport renewal.
