L2 Extension while L1 Ext. in process
Hi,
My L1 visa as well as I94 expiring in Jul 1, 2013. Last week, my employer has already initiated my L1 extension.
My question is -
My family will be coming US in the next month (Apr). Not sure about their I94. but if they get the same expiry date (July 1, 2013) on I94 then Do I need to start their L2 extension process? How do I apply their extension as my extension would be in the process at that time? Pls help.
