L2 : EAD's Request for Evidence for Principal Alien's form I-797A, Notice of Action.
Hello,
I am L1B-Blanket Visa holder. As EAD RFE for my spouse(L2), USCIS asked for Principal Alien's form I-797A, Notice of Action.
Can you please tell me, what exactly is I-797A?
Please note I have not extended or changed status of Visa ever. I have valid visa with I-797(Notice of action for blanket L1 petition approval) and I-129S.
Please let me know, is I-797A applicable in my case and what can be the other supporting documents instead of this?
