Hi,
My marriage is in April and my would be husband is working in US on L1 visa from the last 1 and 1/2 years. He will be here in April for 2 weeks and we will get married, he is going back on 8th may 2013.. is there any way I can go with him. I am working,have B1 visa and had been to US for 2mnths in 2012, I have few Questions:
1) how much time will it take to file and get L2 visa
2) Do I need approval from my current company to file L2 visa
3) Do I need court marriage certification or registered marriage certification or just showing wedding cards and wedding photographs will work ?
4) As well as, I have B1/B2 visa, can I go on that visa with him.
What would be beneficial in my condition? Thanks in advance for your replies
