I have L1B visa which is getting expired in June 2013.
I have to go US in may along with my wife.
She will go on L2 visa and planning to work in US after getting EAD.
She will apply for EAD after we reach US.
Below are the doubts I have:
1. Will we get I-94 with the date beyond June 2013 and if yes what would be its duration.
2. I have heard that it takes 3 months to get EAD . So the chances are that my visa date gets expired when the EAD is under process. In this case will I get the EAD and is it possible that we can stay in US?
