L1B RFE & Need Advise to proceed further

I applied for L1B Extension and got RFE within a month. I am not sure what to do next. Whether i can reply it for RFE or I should go back to home country? In case if my Visa got rejected will it be an impact on future visa process. I am bit confused and I am not sure how to proceed further?

What would be chance for L1B visa approval percentage?

Just reply to the RFE. It is important to read between the lines of an RFE. Often, an RFE is issued because the adjudicating officer is short on time (especially when premium processing is requested). If USCIS did not want to approve your extension, you would have received a NOID.
