Indian national applying for L1A Blanket at London US Consulate - need suggestion

Hi All

I'm an Indian national working in UK on a tier 2 work permit from last 3 years. My assignment in UK is getting over and hence my company is sending me to US to take up a senior role. I have 17 years of experience out of which 8-10 years as manager and senior manager role. I have worked in the US earlier during 1999 to 2006 on L1B and L1A visas.
Im a program manager in UK with a team of 20+ people and going as an Engagement Manager with 6 subordinates (4 with L1A and 2 with L1B visas) along with a team of 17 members under them. The revenue of the engagement i will be handling is 15M usd.
My question is
1. Is there a problem me applying the visa in UK being an Indian national?
2. Is there any chance of rejection with the role and stuff based on my explanation.

Im a little nervous, pls let me know any suggestions guidance that will help me.
