Hi,
I'm currently in US with L1B visa and working for company A for a client C. I still have 2 years of L1B validity.
I'm planning to join my client company C. My client is willing to hire me, but taking some time to provide final confirmation. But its already march end and in april H1B filing starts, is there any way where I can still have the possibility of getting hired by my customer.
What are all the procedures I need to complete to get employed by my cient C and get relieved from my current employer A?
