Hi guys,
I am currently working in a product based company for the past three years,But I have 7+ years working experience with this product.
My company had processed L1B individual visa last year.I got RFE and the petition was denied by USCIS.
As part of the RFE, I was asked to provide training materials to justify my skill set.I have a sound domain knowledge,but I cant provide any certification or training documents to justify my specialized skill as I have earned that knowledge by working more than 7 years.
But Now My company has planned to process L1B Blanket.My job level has changed and salary structure has changed in the past one year though.I'm bit worried as how to convince the VO officer.
I'm pretty sure My L1 Inv rejection will hav impact on my L1 Blanket.can anyone suggest me how to handle this....Pls
