221 G - Blue Slip

Hi ,

I am currently in USA with valid visa and I-94. My wife and Daughter appeared for L2 Dependent visa last week. US Consulate has granted Visa for my daughter but issued
221 G- Blue form for my wife asking to appear for another interview.

In her Visa application, she has given travel companions as my Daughter and Son. My son is US citizen.

Not sure whether anybody has gone through this experience ?

Any help in this regards is appreciated.
