L1B visa Denied

My denial reasons on for L1B extension says that an RFE was not reponded by January 25th. My petitionar says he did not recieve any RFE change of status and USCIS never sent it across.

They are following up wth USCIS . I am out of status since March 14th and still in US .Please advice.

Either follow up with USCIS as to what is the RFE or plan to leave. There is not much you can do beyond this at this point of time.
