L1 visa date en I94 date

Facts:
1. I have an L1 visa with expiration date22 Nov 2014.
2. I have an I94 with a stamped entry date of Dec 28, 2012 and a written date 22 Nov 2014.
3. I have given notice myself to the company that issued to L1 for me and my last day at the company will be April 26 2013.

Questions:
>> so that means my L1 will become invalid as of the date that I leave the company, April 26 : correct? or does it stay valid for a while even after leaving the company.
>> is the written date of 22 Nov 2014 on the I94 form indicating what my final day of staying legally in the US would be?
In other words, how long can I stay legally in the US with these documents?

Can anyone clarify?

Can anyone clarify?

You no longer remain in L1 status the day you leave your L1 employer. So if you don't change to another status before your last working day you become illegal. Technically you can stay 0 days after resigning from your L1 employment, if you don't convert to another valid status.
