Hi,

My L1 A Visa is valid 15 jun 2013 on blanket petition.

I am going for new stamping of L1 A on blanket petition on 10th April 2013 to India


My Questions

1. Can you please let me know if my new visa request gets rejected can I still enter in to US on my old visa?
2. Does embassy cancel my previous visa if new one is rejected?
3. If I go to canada for my new stamping. Does embassy cancel my previous visa if new one is rejected?

1. Possible if they don't cancel your existing visa but that happens rarely. Even if they don't cancel , and you try to re enter on old visa you will most likely get i94 only till 15 Jun 2013.
2.possible it depends upon the consular officer.
3. Possible, it again depends upon the officer.
