L1B - Working for a client different from client mentioned in Petition
All,
Could someone help me here? I am working for company A and got my L1B approved in Jan 2011 to work for client X. In I129, I see that Client X address is mentioned under my employement details. I travelled to USA in 2011 and worked at Client X location for 2 years. I came back to India a month back. I am travelling tomorrow again but this time I am going to work at a different location for a different Client Y. As I would be working for a new client,
1) do my company need to inform USCIS about this change?
2) If not informed, could this be a problem when filing L1B extention?
