L2 Visa or B2 Visa

Hi all,

I am Nidhi. I have valid L1 visa and I am currently in US since march 2013. My husband wants to come here for around 1 month for a vacation and as well as to meet me. We are now confused for which type of visa he should apply for? L2 Dependent visa or he should go for B2 Visitor visa?

He will have better chances of L2 Visa since it does not require lack of immigrant intent.
