    L2 EAD Extension

    I am a LI A visa holder and my husband who is on L2 has his EAD expiring Dec 2013. Our visas are valid till June 2014.

    1. Can we apply for of his EAD extension now till June 2014? If not how much in advance can we do so?

    2. Our L visas will be extended around May 2014. Can the EAD be extended for just 6 months without any issues?
