H4 Approved... L1B?

Hello,

Last month I applied for a COS from L1B to H4 dependent visa and it just got approved. I still havent quit my job, will my L1B become void immediately? Should i quit my job right away?

Yes one should stop working from H4 start date . You are not allowed to work on H4.
