    Has your L1A I-94 expired?

      Currently i have an L1B visa which expires on Apr 30th 2013. I've an I-94 till 2015.

But I've to travel for my marriage on may 8th.

I am assuming you filed L1B to L1A COS. Now since your L1B will expire on Apr 30th 2013, in order for you to return to US after 30th April 2013 you would need a fresh visa stamp in your passport. If a decision on your L1B to L1A does not come and you decide to leave US your COS request s considered abandoned.

In any case, whether L1A is approved or denied you would need to get a new stamping done in order to return after 30-Apr-2013.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
