L1 Re-Entry cooling period

I worked in US on L1B for 5yrs, and applied for L1A in April2012 which got rejected. I took H4 and been visiting my family in US during the last one year. (Spent around 3 month in total, and recent return from US was on Jan 6 2013). When will I be eligible to apply my next L1A in order to get full benefit of 7yrs cap!

Unfortunately not. You will need to spend 1 continuous year outside the US. Short trips to US on business/Visitor Visa are exempt, but visits on H4 Visa will reset the clock.
