L1A to EB1 with different company

Hi All,

Can some one help me on below queries.

With company A working on L1A visa last 3 years.
Now company B ready to give offer to continue same position .

1) is it possible to move from Company A to Company B
2) if not then Company B can apply EB1 as feature employee if approved then i can move to company B
3) any other option ?

Company B should process H1 for you (if you did not work for them for atleast 1 year in the last 3 years, outside of US). On H1 approval you can join them and start working. They can initiate your Green card at any time, on approval or once EAD is approved, you can join them. If you are eligible for EB1, this will be more quicker.
