How to apply New L2 when L1B visa expired, I94 valid?

Hi,

My L1B is expired in Mar/13. I have valid I94 till Sep/2015. I want to apply L2 visa for my wife and son.

1) Is it possible to apply L2 Visa with my valid I94 and expired visa[L1B]?
2) If Yes, Do I need to send any document to them for L2 process?
3) If No, How do I process new L2 in my case?

My I-129S is expired on the same day when my visa got expired [Jan/2013].
My I-797 shows valid indefinitely.

Which is approved petition here and which document i have to send to them for their L2 Process?

797 is the approval notice. They will need that. Also add copies of your I-94, paystubs, letter from your company (that you are employed etc.).

They can in principle apply for their Visas. But sometimes it is known to happen that the consular officer will ask you to accompany them.
