I am currently in USA on Blanket L1A visa and my family is joining me next month. I understand that they need to carry the approved I-129S forms when they arrive at PoE. However the original form is with me here. Can I send them a scanned copy and will it be sufficient for them or do I need to courier the original form to India ? Should they also carry copies of my passport, visa and I-94 as well?
