L1 to H1

Hi all,

I was in US last year with L1 through employer A and I applied H1 while in US through employer B and due to personal reasons I withdrew my H1 before it got approved. Now I'm in India and working with employer A and employer A is sending me to US. Can I travel to US with existing L1. Please let me know if there will any issue at Port of Entry?

As long as you have a valid L1 stamp in your passport you are eligible to travel on it barring, of course, any criminal issues.
